We were booking to have all of our vents and ducts cleaned out and since that would take a few hours, we were booking for about 5 days away. I was asked if my dryer was working properly and it wasn't (I had been suspicious it would be a blocked duct). They were concerned and sent someone out that day to clear the dryer duct at no extra charge! I was very impressed and then Dan did a great job when he came back to do the whole house.
